State Child Care Resource & Referral Network (CCR&R)Florida's Office of Early Learning State Child Care Resource and Referral Network is dedicated to helping families find answers to their questions regarding how to identify quality child care and early education programs and how to locate a provider that meets their family’s needs. We are also committed to providing on-going assistance to local early learning coalitions and child care providers to improve the quality of their services to families in the State of Florida. The Network can provide you with information about state funded early learning programs, such as: the School Readiness, Voluntary Prekindergarten, Early Head Start, and Even Start programs. Your local Child Care Resource and Referral office can also provide you with creative financial assistance options and community resources that may ease your financial burden.
